managersiot's managing partners established the company in 2009, solidifying a dream that began years earlier. Each partner brings unique perspectives and talents to help facilitate iot's goal of reawakening imaginations. Whether taking part in a production or working behind the scenes, their influences are evident in the sophisticated nuances that define iot initiatives. All share a responsibility to advance the company's creative progress, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to foster an artistic community.

Alex Blockus
A founding member of Interactive Outdoor Theatre, creativity has always been a passion for Alex Blockus. Prior to iot, that drive to innovate has earned him professional recognition for exceptional productivity, customer service, and employee development. With experience in a wide array of fields from construction to management to cake decoration, Alex brings a balanced, unique skillset to interactive theatre. A true fantasy enthusiast, he has excelled as an amateur actor with three awards for outstanding role play to his credit. Privately, Alex's interests include travel and community. If not off on a grand adventure, he can usually be found among friends.
Chris Blockus
Chris Blockus' lifelong love for the outdoors began when he joined a wilderness recreation 4H club in 1st grade. He has 12 years of experience in the performance entertainment industry as a party planner, MC and DJ. He has acted in both stage and interactive theatrical performances and has produced countless events, including weddings, high school proms and college formals, bar and bat mitzvahs, and live action role-playing events. He holds a bachelor's degree in history from the College of New Jersey and is a licensed teacher of social studies. He remains a passionate lover of wild spaces and helps to foster a community of enthusiastic performers with a respect for the wonders of our natural surroundings.
Chris Kane
Chris Kane brings 11 years experience in the outdoor gaming genre, witnessing first hand what works and what does not in that environment. He has been an active member of the Boy Scouts of America as a volunteer leader for over 20 years. He has served the Boy Scouts at all levels, from unit leader and counselor to committee chairperson. For the past 15 years, he has worked in the high demand atmosphere of the insurance industry, providing a wealth of corporate experience to draw on. He is also involved with Toastmasters International, a professional speaking organization designed to teach and mentor those looking to improve their public communication skills. He is a devoted husband and father to two wonderful children.
Steve Kleppin
Steve Kleppin graduated from The Citadel with a BS in Computer Science. After graduating, Steve was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps and has since served in Iraq and Afghanistan. The professionalism and dedication to quality work instilled by both of these institutions is brought to bare throughout his work with iot. The other side of Steve is a tech geek, avid computer gamer, and comic book enthusiast. iot was the perfect chance for Steve to inject his own imagination and quirks into exciting worlds for everyone's entertainment. Between conquering worlds and building empires, you can find Steve at the gym, in the pool, or on the road, training for his next triathlon.
